To access the Refuge Rate, guests must present proof of storm-related impact at check-in. Accepted documentation includes:
Government-issued ID or utility bill with a local address in affected zip codes
Proof of insurance claim related to storm damage
News article citing storm damage to your neighborhood
Photos or videos showing damage to your home
Applicable for new reservations only made during the promotional period ending April 30, 2025. This promotion is valid exclusively for direct bookings and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Blackout dates may apply. Proof of storm-related impact is required at check-in to receive the discounted rate; failure to provide documentation will result in the reservation being charged at the Best Available Rate. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Food and beverage discount excludes alcohol.
