Oliver Hospitality Health & Safety Policy

WE CARE ABOUT YOU JUST LIKE OUR OLIVER FAMILY

Oliver Hotels has spent a lot of time putting the necessary measures in place to make your experience at our hotels, restaurants, and bars safe (and fun).

We have been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements regarding COVID-19. Our hotels’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, and bacteria including COVID-19, and include everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.

WHAT WE ARE DOING BEHIND THE SCENES

Daily, we reiterate the importance of proper handwashing technique and frequency. We consider this one of the most important steps for the safety and health of our guests and staff.

In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, hotel associates are also completing enhanced awareness training.

We work with our cleaning supplies partners to make sure our hotels use hospital grade disinfectants approved by the EPA.

Appropriate PPE for all staff.

We are continuing to explore additional sanitation tools, to stay abreast of all new developments regarding the most effective methods and products to employ.

WHAT YOUR STAY WITH US LOOKS LIKE

Before you arrive, you are welcome to “self check-in” by calling ahead to pre-pay, registering your room. We will have keys waiting for you upon arrival, which will have been sanitized prior.

Oliver Hospitality has updated our housekeeping procedures. We will only enter your room to clean and sanitize based on your request and when you are not in the room.

Upon departure we wipe down all surfaces, paying special attention to high touch areas.

In case you forget to bring your own, we can provide you with face masks and hand sanitizer.

All laundry and linens cleaned following CDC issued guidelines.

Our lobby spaces are getting even more frequent cleaning including the counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.

If we are alerted to a case of COVID-19 at one of our hotels, we immediately work with the relevant health authorities to obtain the facts and guidance on steps to take with both guests and associates.

LET’S ALL DO OUR PART

Be sure to follow the local city and state ordinance for all and any mandates. This could be asking you to wear a mask while interacting with staff or while in public spaces.

Limit your interactions with large groups.

If you are experiencing symptoms of a fever, stay home. And if you’ve already arrived at our hotel, then please stay in your room and call the front desk immediately.

Wash, wash and then wash your hands again. The CDC recommends washing for 20 seconds using warm water.

Properly dispose of used PPE so that our staff or fellow guests do not have to.

If you cough or sneeze, please do it into your elbow or a napkin.
