Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Accommodations are guaranteed to be ready by 3pm and every effort will be made to prepare for known early arrivals. Check out is by 11AM. We are happy to store any luggage if you arrive early or after your stay.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Standard Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Special Event Cancellation: All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm the reservation. All reservations will be charged 50% of the reservation value 45 days prior to arrival. In the event that the hotel cannot charge the deposit 45 days prior to arrival,  the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Q: Where do I park?

A: The hotel offers overnight parking at $36 per evening. Call our Guest Services team and we can arrange a Lyft or Uber for you and bill to your room. If you are joining us at Ellington’s, we offer valet parking with validation.

Q: Is there a daily breakfast?

A: We serve breakfast daily in the lobby delicatessen starting at 6am. If you need a quick option, stop by Union Teller Coffee Counter in the lobby, which is also open at 6am. If you prefer, we  also deliver items to your room. Unless a package denotes otherwise, all meals will be delivered a la carte to your room.

Q: Do you have in room dining?

A: We offer all day (and late night) in room dining. Our menu features items from the lobby delicatessen and Ellington’s.

Q: How many accommodations do you have?

A: We offer 81 total accommodations including 14 suites with the Whole Shebang (our 4000 sq ft Penthouse). Call our Guest Service team at 615-988-8511 to learn more about the different room types, configurations or booking private floors of rooms.

Q: What is included with the guest rooms and stay?

A: In your room rate you’ll enjoy free complimentary wifi, bottles of water, access to our buddy “JIM”, daily turndown service and a chance to meet some new friends.

Q: How close is your property to the heart of Downtown?

A: Nashville is a great walking city and we are less than 5 blocks from Broadway, Printers alley Bridgestone Arena, Ryman, TPAC, the Capitol, Nissan Stadium, Convention Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Musicians Hall of Fame, Bicentennial Mall, War Memorial….just about everything.

Q: Do you allow pets on property?

Answer: We do welcome dogs under 50 lbs to stay at the Fairlane. We take a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet at check-in. Please call our Guest Services team prior to arrival if you are planning on traveling with you pet.

Q: Do you allow smoking on property?

A: We are a smoke free property but there is designated smoking areas off of Ellington’s.
